I first worked with Joshua in 2017 to help manage my back pain and control my anxiety. I was very hesitant at first, however Joshua created a safe, friendly and non-judgemental environment where I felt comfortable immediately. He always knew the right time to push me, when to back off and always was a great listener. He linked me into hydrotherapy, gave me mindfulness techniques and educated me on my conditions and how exercise could help me. I still carry out Josh’s programs at home, in the pool and implement his mindfulness tools when needed. I feel I have my life back, and am so much more comfortable linking into the community now.”
